摘  要:为了研究不锈钢二号连铸机结晶器PROFIBUS现场总线控制系统DP/PA耦合器故障和单台仪表故障引起整个控制系统通讯中断的原因,分别做了总线仪表短路实验、总线仪表开路实验、单台总线仪表绝缘测试实验、2#连铸机二冷水总线通讯对比实验,获得DP/PA耦合器故障和单台仪表开路或短路均会引起PROFIBUS现场总线通讯中断的结果,得到DP/PA Link中的DP/PA耦合器未采用冗余模式在系统加速老化阶段稳定性差和现场分配器无隔离功能或终端电阻配置错误都会引起通讯中断的结论,最终提出DP/PA Link中使用环形冗余的DP/PA耦合器方案、现场选型带高级故障隔离功能分配器和正确配置终端电阻方案来提高系统运行稳定性。To study the causes of the communication interruption of the whole control system caused by the mould PROFIBUS field bus control system DP/PA coupler fault and single instrument fault of stainless steel No.2 caster,the bus instrument short circuit experiment,bus instrument open circuit test,single bus instrument insulation test experiment,2#caster two cold water bus communication contrast experiment were carried out respectively.The results of DP/PA coupler failure and single instrument open circuit or short circuit were obtained,and the DP/PA coupler in the DP/PA Link was not used to accelerate the old system by redundant mode the conclusion that the poor stability of the stage and the non isolation function of the field distributor or the wrong configuration of the terminal resistance will cause the communication interruption is put forward.Finally,the DP/PA coupler scheme using ring redundancy,the field selection with advanced fault isolation function distributor and the correct configuration terminal resistance scheme are put forward to improve the stability of the system.
