摘  要:文中针对某化工厂管道试压时膨胀节被拉伸开裂的现象,采用CAESAR Ⅱ应力分析软件进行建模计算,分析了膨胀节开裂失效的原因,从调整支架和膨胀节选型两方面给出解决方案。结果表明,膨胀节内压推力可以通过支架约束也可通过带约束的膨胀节约束。Aiming at the phenomenon of expansion joints being stretched and cracked during pressure test in a chemical plant,CAESAR Ⅱ software was used for modeling and calculation.The reasons for the cracking and failure of expansion joints were analyzed,and solutions were given from two aspects:bracket adjustment and expansion joint selection.The result shows that the internal pressure thrust of expansion joint can be restrained not only by bracket but also by expansion joint with restraints.
