腹腔镜胆囊切除术在老年急性化脓性胆囊炎的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术在老年化脓性胆囊炎的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年12月100例医院收治的老年化脓性胆囊炎患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采取开腹手术,研究组采取腹腔镜手术,比较两组术后并发症发生率、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间的差异以及炎性因子水平。结果:研究组术后并发症发生率、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术前的炎性因子水平比较无差异(P>0.05);两组手术后的炎性因子水平高于手术前,研究组手术后的炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术相比于传统开腹手术能够改善患者的预后情况,促使患者早日康复出院。Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis.Methods:100 patients with acute suppurative cholecystitis admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Laparotomy was performed in the control group and laparoscopy in the study group.The incidence of postoperative complications,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospital stay time and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and length of hospital stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the level of inflammatory factors before surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of inflammatory factors after operation was higher in the two groups than before operation,and the level of inflammatory factors after operation in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional open operation,laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the prognosis of patients and prompt the patients to recover and leave the hospital as soon as possible.
