摘　　要：针对油田油公司体系改革后的生产经营管理的特点,分别对采油、注水、油藏、设备等系统,运用风险严重程度RPN值进行估算,并采取不同的对策和措施进行质量控制,进一步提升了采油管理区的质量管理水平。According to the characteristics of production and operation management after the system reform of oil company,the quality risk of oil production,water injection,reservoir,equipment and other systems is estimated by using the RPN value of risk severity,and different countermeasures and measures for quality control are adopted so as to further improve the quality management level of oil pro⁃duction management area.
