摘 要:新鲜水计量受工况、仪表安装以及仪表智能化程度偏低等诸多因素影响,存在较多问题。针对济南分公司新鲜水计量中存在大口径低流速无法计量、采集率和信息化不高以及外购新鲜水贸易交接偏差较大等问题,分析影响新鲜水计量准确性的各种因素。通过采取复式子母表解决大口径低流速计量难题;选用无线远传水表提高水表数据采集率;更改水表安装条件降低外购新鲜水损耗。实践证明,采取正确的应对措施可以有效提高新鲜水计量统计的准确性,并为进一步分析新鲜水计量差率提供依据。Affected by many factors,such as working conditions,instrument installation and low degree of instrument intelligence,there are often many problems in fresh water measurement.In the fresh water measurement of Sinopec Jinan Branch,there are some prob⁃lems,such as unable to measure under the condition of large diameter and low flow rate,low collection rate and information level,and large deviation in trade handover of purchased fresh water.Therefore,various factors affecting the accuracy of fresh water measurement are analyzed.The measurement of fresh water under the condition of large diameter and low flow rate is solved using compound childmother meter;The data acquisition rate of water meter is improved by using wireless remote control water meter;The consumption of purchased fresh water is reduced by improving the installation condition of water meter.Practice has proved that taking correct mea⁃sures can effectively improve the accuracy of fresh water measurement,and provide a basis for further analysis of fresh water measure⁃ment difference in the future.
