地方体育标准化技术委员会工作机制探究——以山东省体育及体育用品标准化技术委员会为例

摘　　要：以山东省体育及体育用品标准化技术委员会为例,分析其组织架构、职能权限、委员遴选原则与人员结构、运行机制和管理模式、工作成效,给出相应的改进设想和建议,为地方体育标准化技术委员会的筹建和运作提供参考。通过建立健全标委会工作机制,完善委员管理与激励,加强协作沟通和联合推动,做好标准宣贯与咨询服务,发挥标准化在体育事业发展中的基础支撑、创新驱动和技术引领作用。Taking Shandong Sport and Sport Product Standardization Technical Committee as an example,the paper analyzes its organizational structure,functional authority,member selection principle and personnel structure,operational mechanism and management mode as well as work achievements,puts forward corresponding improvement ideas and suggestions,so as to provide reference for the planning and operation of local technical committees of sports standardization.By establishing and improving the working mechanism,improving the management and incentive of the committee members,strengthening cooperation,communication and joint promotion,and providing standard publicity and consulting services,we can make standardization play the role of fundamental support,innovation-driven and technology-leading in the development of sports undertakings.
