摘　　要：目的探讨基于“互联网+医疗”背景下的腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)医院-家庭康复模式的优势。方法纳入本院2018年1月~2018年12月门诊收治的80例LDH患者,采用随机数字表法分成“互联网+医疗”模式组(观察组)与传统医疗模式组(对照组)各40例。观察组采用“互联网+医疗”康复治疗模式,对照组采用传统医疗康复模式。比较两组治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月腰腿疼痛VAS评分、腰椎JOA评分,治疗后6个月临床疗效及患者满意度。结果两组患者均完成治疗。两组治疗后各时间点腰部及腿部VAS评分、腰椎JOA评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各时间点的腰腿VAS评分、腰椎JOA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组优良率为87.50%,对照组为62.50%,观察组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+医疗”的医院-家庭康复模式能缓解临床症状,获得较好的疗效,提升患者的满意度,该模式为传统医疗模式的升级和转型提供了方向和依据。Objective To explore the advantages of hospital-family rehabilitation mode of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)under the background of"Internet+Medical".Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,80 patients with LDH were enrolled in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into the"Internet+Medical"mode group(observation group)and the traditional medical mode group(control group)by using the random digital table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received the"Internet+Medical"rehabilitation treatment mode,and the control group received the traditional medical rehabilitation mode.Before treatment,1 month,3 months,6 months after treatment,the visual analog score(VAS)of lumbar and leg pain,lumbar JOA score,the clinical efficacy and patients’satisfaction at 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Treatment was completed in both two groups.The VAS score of lumbar and leg,and JOA score of lumbar vertebrae in both two groups at each time point after treatment were better than before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score of lumbar and leg,and JOA score of lumbar vertebrae in the observation group were better than those in the control group at each time point after treatment(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate was 87.50%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 62.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-family rehabilitation mode based on"Internet+Medical"can alleviate the clinical symptoms,obtain better curative effect and improve the satisfaction of patients.This mode provides the direction and basis for the upgrading and transformation of the traditional medical mode.
