摘  要:针对九江长江大桥公路桥上部结构加固改造工程的钢桥面铺装环境,分析九江长江大桥的环境气候条件、交通状况预测、改造前后结构变化,总结钢桥面铺装典型材料与典型结构,优选出“下层EA+上层SMA”铺装方案,采用70℃车辙试验、-15℃弯曲试验验证钢桥面-铺装复合结构的温度稳定性,采用拉拔试验、剪切试验验证钢桥面-铺装复合结构的层间粘结性能,采用五点式疲劳试验与三点式疲劳试验验证铺装结构的疲劳性能,采用理论计算法验证钢桥面-铺装复合结构的刚度。结果表明,EA在密水性、水稳定性、高温稳定性和抗疲劳性能方面表现优异,改性SMA表面抗滑性能优异,对于行车安全十分有利;“下层EA+上层SMA”铺装结构的界面安全性、变形协调性能、抗疲劳性能、维养便捷性以及抗滑性能均表现优异,适应于九江长江大桥公路桥的结构特点、交通条件与所处位置的气候特征。Aiming at the steel deck pavement link of the superstructure reinforcement and reconstruction project of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge,this paper analyzes the climatic conditions,traffic condition prediction and structural changes before and after the reconstruction of Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge,summarizes the typical materials and typical structures of steel deck pavement,and selects the best In the"lower EA+upper SMA"pavement scheme,70℃rutting test and-15℃bending test are used to verify the temperature stability of the steel deck pavement composite structure.The pull-out test and shear test are used to verify the interlayer bonding performance of the steel deck pavement composite structure.The fatigue performance of the pavement structure is verified by five point fatigue test and three-point fatigue test,and the steel bridge is verified by theoretical calculation method The stiffness of the surface pavement composite structure.The results show that EA has excellent performance in water tightness,water stability,high temperature stability and fatigue resistance,and the surface sliding resistance of modified SMA is excellent,which is very beneficial to traffic safety;the interface safety,deformation coordination,fatigue resistance,maintenance convenience and sliding resistance of EA+upper SMA pavement structure are excellent,which is suitable for Jiujiang Yangtze River Bridge The structural characteristics,traffic conditions and climatic characteristics of the road and bridge.
