摘 要:为了探究废机油(WEO)对含有老化沥青和基质沥青粘结料的粘弹性能影响,将基质沥青和老化沥青融合后制备混合沥青,通过试验研究了废机油掺量对混合沥青的物理性能和粘弹性能的影响。试验结果表明,与未掺加WEO的对照组相比,废机油的掺加降低了混合沥青的粘度(在给定的温度下)和软化点。不同试验频率下,废机油的掺入使沥青结合料复数模量(G^(*))值降低。随着废机油掺量的增多,特定频率下混合沥青的相位角(δ)增加。掺入1%~3%的废机油会抵消混合沥青中老化沥青带来的刚度增加现象。这表明废机油可以作为再生剂,同时为沥青结合料提供弹性和柔韧性。This study explored the effect of waste engine oil(WEO)on the viscoelastic properties of asphalt blends containing aged binder and virgin binder.The asphalt blend was prepared using varying contents of WEO,base asphalt and aged asphalt.The effects of waste engine oil content on the physical and viscoelastic properties of asphalt mixtures were studied through experiments.The test results showed that the viscosity and softening point of asphalt mixture were reduced by adding waste engine oil.The complex modulus(G^(*))of asphalt binder decreased with the addition of waste oil at different test frequencies.With the increase of waste oil content,the phase angle(δ)of asphalt mixtures increased at specific frequencies.When the content of waste oil exceeded 5%,the changes of G^(*)andδwere not obvious.The stiffness increase caused by aging asphalt in mixed asphalt will be offset by adding 1%~3%waste oil.This indicates that waste oil can be used as regenerant to provide elasticity and flexibility for asphalt binder.
