摘  要:针对超吸水性聚合物(SAP)自养护桥面水泥基材料的设计参数选择问题,制备2种水灰比、3种SAP粒径、3种SAP掺量的自养护水泥砂浆,对其抗折强度、抗压强度及收缩性能进行了深入分析。基于椭球型灰靶决策方法及性能试验结果,对SAP粒径及掺量范围进行决策优选。结果表明:SAP的加入能够使砂浆抗折强度的发展呈均匀阶梯式增长趋势,在一定程度上控制水泥水化进程,对于抑制早期收缩微裂纹具有重要作用;水灰比为0.37时,Sap-40及Sap-100砂浆在最佳掺量下的早期收缩率基本为0,在粒径和掺量合理的范围内,SAP能够在极高程度上抑制水泥基材料的早期收缩;水灰比为0.37时,SAP的最佳适用掺量范围为0.145%~0.187%;水灰比为0.31时,SAP的最佳适用掺量范围为0.155%~0.2%。Aiming at the selection of design parameters of super absorbent polymer(SAP)self curing cement-based materials for bridge deck,two kinds of water cement ratio,three kinds of SAP particle size and three kinds of SAP content were prepared,and their flexural strength,compressive strength and shrinkage performance were analyzed in depth.Based on the ellipsoidal grey target decision-making method and performance test results,the sap particle size and dosage range were optimized.The results show that:the addition of SAP can make the development of mortar flexural strength show a uniform step growth trend,to a certain extent,control the hydration process of cement,which plays an important role in restraining the early shrinkage microcracks;when the water cement ratio is 0.37,the early shrinkage rate of sap-40 and sap-100 mortar under the optimal content is basically 0,and within the reasonable range of particle size and dosage,SAP can be in the extreme elevation When the water cement ratio is 0.37,the best suitable dosage range of sap is 0.145%~0.187%;when the water cement ratio is 0.31,the best suitable dosage range of sap is 0.155%~0.2%.
