摘  要:针对冷再生沥青混合料中RAP铣刨料表面沥青老化、与乳化沥青黏附性差的问题,直接导致冷再生沥青路面在力学强度、水稳定性、疲劳耐久性等方面存在不足,严重影响了RAP铣刨料的再生利用效率,不利于绿色、冷态、环保型施工方式的发展。基于偶联剂和熟石灰对RAP铣刨料的复合改性效果,首先通过接触角试验和黏附性试验探究偶联剂-熟石灰对RAP铣刨料表面特性及黏附性的影响,并在此基础上分析偶联剂和熟石灰的掺配比例,并通过冻融劈裂试验、间接拉伸疲劳试验验证偶联剂-熟石灰对冷再生沥青混合料力学强度、水稳定性和疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:在偶联剂-熟石灰作用下乳化沥青与老化沥青的接触角可减小12.3°左右,黏附性等级达到4级,乳化沥青与RAP的黏附性明显增强,综合确定复合改性剂中偶联剂最佳掺量为3%;冻融劈裂强度比相比于未添加偶联剂-熟石灰的情况大14%,间接拉伸疲劳次数成倍提高,形成的冷再生沥青混合料提升了其综合路用性能。In view of the aging of rap milling material surface asphalt and poor adhesion with emulsified asphalt in cold recycled asphalt mixture,the mechanical strength,water stability and fatigue durability of cold recycled asphalt pavement are directly insufficient,which seriously affects the recycling efficiency of rap milling material and is not conducive to the development of green,cold and environmental protection construction methods.Based on the composite modification effect of coupling agent and hydrated lime on rap milling material,the influence of coupling agent hydrated lime on the surface characteristics and adhesion of rap milling material is studied through contact angle test and adhesion test.On the basis of test result,the mixing ratio of coupling agent and hydrated lime is analyzed,and then the cold recycled asphalt mixture is prepared on the basis of the best ratio of content,and through the contact angle test and adhesion test,the cold recycled asphalt mixture is prepared The effects of coupling agent hydrated lime on the mechanical strength,water stability and fatigue properties of cold recycled asphalt mixture were verified by freeze-thaw splitting test and indirect tensile fatigue test.The results show that the contact angle between emulsified asphalt and aged asphalt can be reduced by about 12.3°under the action of coupling agent-hydrated lime,the adhesion grade of emulsified asphalt reaches grade 4,and the adhesion between emulsified asphalt and rap is obviously enhanced.The optimum content of coupling agent in the composite modifier is 3%.The freeze-thaw splitting strength is 14%higher than that without coupling agent hydrated lime,and the indirect tensile fatigue times are 14%The research provides a certain material basis for the green and resource development of highway construction and maintenance.
