摘  要:塔锚式架设法是应用于自锚式悬索桥的“先缆后梁”施工技术,能有效解决传统施工依赖支架、影响既有交通与环境的突出问题。塔梁止推器是塔锚式施工体系中的关键构件,在主梁吊装过程中传递主缆水平分力,其结构可靠与否,将直接决定施工成败。为保证施工安全,提出了一种新型的塔梁止推器构造及其设计流程,明确了PBL剪力键计算方法,并以某自锚式悬索桥为例进行设计,采用精细化有限元法对其局部受力性能展开分析。结果表明,塔梁止推器各构件性能满足设计要求,验证了构造及设计流程的合理性与可行性。The tower anchored erection method is a construction technology of"cable before beam"applied to self anchored suspension bridge,which can effectively solve the outstanding problem of traditional construction relying on support and affecting existing traffic and environment.Tower girder thrust device is a key component in tower anchored construction system.The reliability of its structure will directly determine the success or failure of construction.In order to ensure the construction safety,a new type of tower beam thrust device structure and its design process are proposed,and the PBL shear key calculation method is defined.Taking a self anchored suspension bridge as an example,the refined finite element method is used to analyze its local mechanical performance.The results show that the performance of each component of the tower beam thrust device meets the design requirements,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the structure and design process.
