摘　　要：宽幅双面淋膜机组是以聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)为原料,基布有PE或PP编织布、网格布、铝箔等,是生产宽幅复合制品的高性能设备。机组采用双共挤双面淋膜复合工艺,可在一个生产流程中完成基材的双面复合。深入研究超宽幅双面淋膜机组技术,将进一步提高设备自动化水平,向高产高效高性能方向发展。Wide-width double-sided film spraying machine is based on polyethylene(PE)or polypropylene(PP)as raw material,the base cloth is PE or PP woven cloth,mesh cloth,aluminum foil,etc.,is the production of wide composite products of high-performance equipment.The unit adopts double coextruding double-sided film laminating technology,which can complete the double-sided laminating of the substrate in one production process.In-depth research on the ultra-wide double-sided film spraying unit technology will further improve the level of automation of equipment and develop towards the direction of high yield,high efficiency and high performance.
