加强环境监测质量管理人员队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：针对国内环境监测工作来说,现阶段由于缺少一支高水平高素质的环境监测管理队伍,导致具体工作开展的时候存在着诸多方面的缺陷与不足,降低了环境监测工作的效率,无法达到既定的管理目标。鉴于此,此项问题需要引起有关部门人员的关注与重视,充分发挥出人力资源管理的功效与作用,加增强环境监测质量管理队伍的整体能力,这将有助于相关工作的顺利开展。本文通过分析建设环境监测质量管理人员队伍时出现的缺陷与不足,提出构建高水平高素质环境监测质量管理队伍的建议,为环境监测质量管理工作提供借鉴与启示。For the domestic environmental monitoring work,at present,due to the lack of a high-quality environmental monitoring management team,the specific work has formed many defects and deficiencies,reduced the efficiency of environmental monitoring work,and failed to achieve the established management objectives.In view of this,this problem needs to attract attention and attention of department personnel,give full play to the effect and role of human resource management,strengthen the overall ability of environmental monitoring quality management team,and help the smooth development of relevant work.This paper analyzes the defects and deficiencies in the construction of environmental monitoring quality management staff,and draws up effective suggestions for building high-quality environmental monitoring quality management team,and then forms effective reference and enlightenment for the relevant environmental monitoring quality management workers.
