摘　　要：环境监测机构依据环境标准及相关的法律规定针对不同的环境监测需求对各个部分及局部实施监督性监测,并依据收集的资源对环境质量及污染源进行评价,以便为环境管理的实施提供科学决策的依据。这种监督监测采样服务于生态环境保护,与环境监察机构共同肩负着环境保护的重任。Environmental monitoring institutions according to environmental standards and relevant legal provisions for different environmental monitoring needs for various parts and local implementation of supervisory monitoring, and according to the collection of resources on the environmental quality and pollution sources for evaluation, in order to provide scientific decision-making for the implementation of environmental management basis. This kind of supervision and monitoring sampling serves the ecological environment protection and shoulders the heavy responsibility of environmental protection together with the environmental supervision organization.
