摘　　要：目的探讨医疗团队资源管理策略在医院感染管理中的应用价值及实践效果。方法由医院感染管理科牵头成立团队资源管理工作团队,开展基于医疗团队资源管理策略的医院感染管理实践,通过比较项目实施前(2016—2017年)与实施后(2018—2019年)医院感染核心监测数据及项目成员团队资源管理核心能力来评价医疗团队资源管理项目实施效果。结果随着医疗团队资源管理策略在医院感染管理中的全面实施,医院感染发病率、手术部位感染发生率和导管相关尿路感染发病率显著下降,手卫生依从率、抗菌药物使用合理率和团队资源管理核心能力显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论医疗团队资源管理策略能够不断优化感染管理实施路径和工作流程,促进医院感染管理持续改进。Objective To explore the application value and practical effect of medical team resource management strategy in the hospital infection management.Methods The hospital infection management practice of team resource management strategy was organized by the Hospital Infection Management Department with the establishment of team resource management work team,and evaluated by the core nosocomial infection monitoring data and resource management ability of the project members,through comparing the data between before implementation(2016—2017)and after implementation(2018—2019).Results With the implementation of the medical team resource management strategy in the hospital infection management,the incidence of hospital infections,surgical site infections and catheter-related urinary tract infections decreased significantly.The compliance rate of hand hygiene,rational use of antimicrobials and core competence of team resource management increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical team resource management strategy can continuously optimize the implementation path and workflow of infection management,and improve the quality of nosocomial infection management continuously.
