摘  要:合理的充注量是泵驱两相冷却系统正常运行的重要条件。文中搭建了泵驱两相流冷却系统并开展了充注量试验研究。试验结果表明,系统允许的最大充注量受系统热负荷的影响,系统内需保有不小于系统热负荷产生的蒸气体积的气相空间。当热负荷增加时,最大允许充注量将相应减少,减小的体积为新增热负荷对应的蒸气体积的大小。当系统充注量超过允许值时,系统工作点将发生偏离,出现传热恶化、压力跃升等现象。The reasonable charge volume is an important condition for normal operation of the pump-driven two-phase flow cooling system.In this paper a pump-driven two-phase flow cooling experimental system is built to study effect of the charge volume.The experimental results show that the maximum allowable charge volume of the system is affected by the heat load.It is necessary to keep in the system a gas-phase space which is not smaller than the steam volume caused by the heat load.When the heat load increases,the maximum charge volume of the system decreases.The reduced volume is the evaporation space,which is needed by the refrigerant to take away the new heat load.When the system charge volume exceeds the allowable value,the system work point will be deviated.That deviation will induce the phenomena of heat transfer deterioration and pressure rise.
