摘 要:随着车载高机动雷达天线车自动控制技术的提高,对水平传感器及定向装置等测量仪的系统精度要求也随之提高。要充分发挥测量仪的性能指标,避免不正确使用造成的精度损失,系统标定非常重要。文中基于机动式车载雷达的实际工程运用,阐述了目前常用的水平传感器及定向装置的安装需求和标定方法,详细描述了标定的具体步骤,探讨了系统固定误差的消除途径,通过水平度和方位角度两个方面的说明,给出此类测量仪的正确使用方法,以实现预期的精度指标。With improvement of the automatic control technology of the highly mobile radar antenna vehicle,the system accuracy requirements for the measuring instruments such as the horizon sensor and the orientation device are increased,too.The system calibration is very important to make full use of the performance of the measuring instruments and avoid accuracy loss for improper operation.In this paper,based on the practical application of the vehicle-mounted mobile radar,the installation requirements and calibration methods for the horizon sensor and the orientation device frequently used at present are introduced,the calibration steps are described in detail and the approach to remove the inherent system error is discussed.The correct operation of this kind of instrument is given from levelness and azimuth to achieve the expected accuracy.
