摘　　要：为智能化国内航校在飞机选型和机队运营经济性的决策,设计基于JAVA的通用教练机选型和机队运营经济性综合分析系统。利用改进的TOPSIS通用教练机选型方法,系统化航校选择教练机机型的综合评价指标和评价过程;利用通用教练机直接使用成本模型和基于净现值法的投资回报分析方法对通用教练机运营经济性进行系统性投资回报分析。系统不仅减少通用教练机选型和机队经营经济性分析上的主观决策和误差,且具有良好的操作性和实用性。In order to intelligent the decision-making of aircraft selection and fleet operation economy of domestic aviation schools,a comprehensive analysis system of general training aircraft and trainer fleet operation economy based on JAVA is designed.The system uses the improved TOPSIS general trainer selection method to systematize the comprehensive evaluation index and evaluation process of selecting trainer types in aviation schools.The direct operation cost model of the general training aircraft and the return on investment analysis method based on the net present value method are used to analyze the operation economy of the general trainer system atically.The system not only reduces the subjective decision and error in the selection of general trainer aircraft and the economic analysis of fleet management,but also has good maneuverability and practicability.
