装备指标均值单边检验犯两类错误概率研究

摘　　要：为了提高装备指标均值单边检验的可靠性,减少犯两类错误的概率,对装备指标均值单边检验犯两类错误的概率进行了深入研究。建立了右边检验和左边检验的施行特征函数,并以此为基础,利用标准正态分布函数的性质以及复合函数的单调性法则,发现了在样本容量固定的情况下,装备指标均值单边检验犯两类错误的概率之间存在严格的负相关关系,得到了装备指标均值单边检验中两类错误概率的分布规律以及显著性水平和样本容量的变化对两类错误概率的影响规律。In order to improve the reliability of the unilateral test of the equipment index mean value and reduce the probabilities of making two types of errors,the probabilities of making two types of errors in the unilateral test of the equipment index mean value is deeply studied.The operational characteristic functions of the right side test and the left side test were established in this paper,and based on this,by using the properties of the standard normal distribution function and the monotonicity rule of the compound function,it was found that in the case of a fixed sample size,there is a strict negative correlation between the probabilities of making two types of errors in the unilateral test of the equipment index mean.Further more,the distribution law of the two types of error probabilities in the unilateral test of the equipment index mean value and the law of the influence of changes in significance level and sample size on the probabilities of two types of errors are obtained.
