摘  要:随着我国空域改革的逐步推进,空域越来越繁忙,管制员的工作负荷也进一步加重,超量运行情况频发。因此,在运行的繁忙时段合理增开管制扇区,对降低管制员的工作负荷、提高飞行活动的效率与保障交通运行的安全具有重要的现实意义。根据扇区的实际运行特性,以管制员工作负荷为指标,采用加权Voronoi图提出了一种增开管制扇区的方法。以上海区域管制16扇区为实例,使用AirTOp进行仿真建模,实验结果表明,当16扇交通流量大于37架次/h,子扇区管制员工作负荷之和明显低于原扇区管制员工作负荷,并得到了扇区增开最佳时刻。With the gradual progress of the airspace reform in our country,the busy degree of the airspace and the workload of the controllers are also further aggravated,and the over-operation occurs frequently.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to increase the control sector reasonably during the peak period to reduce the workload of controllers,improve the efficiency of flight activities and ensure the safety of traffic operation.In this paper,according to the actual operation characteristics of the sector and taking the controller′s workload as the index,a method of increasing the control sector is proposed by using the weighted Voronoi diagram.Taking the 16 sectors of Shanghai Regional Control as an example,the simulation modeling is carried out by using AirTOp.The experimental results show that when the traffic flow of 16 sectors is more than 37 vehicles per hour,according to the method of adding sectors proposed in this paper,the sum of the average workload of sub-sector controllers is obviously lower than that before expansion,and the best time for sector expansion is obtained.
