摘 要:在现代大型客机设计中,随着发动机尺寸越来越大,距离机翼越来越近,飞机发动机动力干扰问题是必须考虑和解决的核心问题之一。发动机动力干扰不仅影响机翼的压力分布特性,还影响力矩特性,甚至影响飞机的焦点和稳定性。通过在发动机进气口设置质量流量比,排气口和外涵道设置总温比、总压比,建立动力特性模型来等效模拟机体/发动机干扰流场,对大型客机有无动力两种模型进行基于高阶加权紧致非线性格式(WCNS)的数值模拟,分析动力发动机对全机俯仰力矩特性及气动焦点的影响。发动机喷流对机翼和平尾产生干扰,导致全机俯仰力矩变化,高阶格式和二阶格式均表现为其低头力矩增加,机翼部件表现为低头力矩增加,而在平尾区,由于发动机动力影响,同攻角时,平尾负升力减小,抬头力矩减小。With the increasing size of the engine and the closer distance to the wing,engine aerodynamic interference is an important problem needs to be concerned and solved during large aircraft design.The engine interference not only affects the pressure distribution characteristics of the wing,but also affects the torque characteristics,even affects the focus and stability of the aircraft.Dynamic characteristics model was built up to simulate aircraft/engine interference by setting inlet mass flow rate at engine inlet,total temperature rate and total pressure rate at engine exhaust and bypass.Numerical simulation based on WCNS was applied on large aircrafts with and without powered engine to analysis engine effect on whole aircraft pitching moment and aerodynamic focus.Engine exhaust affects wing and horizontal tail and leads to change in whole aircraft pitching moment.High-order and second-order WCNS both show increase in nose-down pitching moment.Nose-down pitching moment increases at wing.Aircraft with powered engine has lower lift coefficient and lower nose-down pitching moment on horizontal tail due to engine effect.
