克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎应用克霉唑阴道片治疗的临床疗效。方法选取88例妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各44例。对照组采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,研究组采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎症因子水平、妊娠结局及瘙痒症状缓解时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为4.55%,明显低于对照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组瘙痒症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎具有显著疗效,可缩短患者康复时间,减轻患者炎症反应。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablet in the treatment of pregnancy with candida vaginitis.Methods A total of 88 pregnant patients with candida vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository,and the research group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablet.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory cytokines level,pregnancy outcome and the time of relieving pruritus symptoms were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 decreased in both groups after treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of pruritus symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablet has a significant effect in the treatment of pregnancy with candida vaginitis,which can shorten the recovery time and reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients.
