益肾活血饮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的效果及对凝血指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾活血饮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取80例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。对照组患者采用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上增加益肾活血饮治疗,比较两组用药前后凝血指标及临床疗效。结果用药前,两组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,两组APTT、PT指标均明显短于用药前,且试验组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论临床治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血采用益肾活血饮可改善患者凝血指标,取得显著临床疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction on abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period.Methods 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system(Miele),and the experimental group was additively treated with Yishen Huoxue Decoction.The blood coagulation indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before administration,there were no significant differences in APTT and PT indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,APTT and PT indexes of the two groups were significantly shorter than before,and the test group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Yishen Huoxue Decoction can improve the coagulation index of patients in the clinical treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period,with significant clinical efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
