复方泽漆颗粒治疗血热型银屑病临床观察及皮肤镜变化

摘　　要：目的观察复方泽漆颗粒治疗血热型银屑病的疗效及治疗前后银屑病皮损区的皮肤镜表现。方法将45例银屑病血热证患者随机分成治疗组23例和对照组22例,两组分别口服复方泽漆颗粒和复方青黛胶囊8周。采用银屑病面积与严重性指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)对两组疗效进行评价,采用血管银屑病面积严重性指数(vascular psoriasis area and severity index,VPASI)对皮损区皮肤镜的变化进行评价。结果两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;两组治疗后PASI评分、皮肤镜VPASI评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组PASI评分、皮肤镜VPASI评分降低程度显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方泽漆颗粒治疗血热证银屑病疗效较好;皮肤镜可用于评估血热证银屑病皮损恢复情况及药物疗效的观察。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Zeqi Granule in the treatment of psoriasis with blood-heat syndrome and the change in dermoscopic findings of skin lesion after treatment.Methods A total of 45 patients with psoriasis with blood-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group with 23 patients and control group with 22 patients and were treated with oral administration of Compound Zeqi Granule and Compound Qingdai Capsule,respectively,for 8 weeks.Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)was used to evaluate treatment outcome,and Vascular Psoriasis Area Severity Index(VPASI)was used to evaluate the change in dermoscopic findings of skin lesion.Results There was a significant difference in treatment outcome between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome than the control group.Both groups had significant reductions in PASI and VPASI of dermoscopy after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Zeqi Granule has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis with blood-heat syndrome,and dermoscopy can be used to evaluate the healing of skin lesion and the clinical effect of pharmacotherapy.
