摘  要:目的:分析11种动物类中药的脂质成分的关联及差异.方法:选择地龙、金钱白花蛇等11种动物类中药,采用超高效液相和质谱联用技术,结合代谢组学的方法,通过检测不同动物类中药脂质成分,比较不同动物类中药的化学成分差异,探讨物质组成及分布情况,从而分析不同动物类中药的异同.结果:共鉴定出1050种脂质化合物成分,不同动物类中药在化合物组成及脂质含量上,具有很好的区分度,可以将其进行分类和鉴别.结论:代谢组学分析方法在动物类中药的质量控制上具有较好的指导性,对其临床合理应用提供了参考依据,还可用于辅助其药理活性研究.Objective:To analyze the difference and correlation of the lipid components in someanimal based traditional Chinese medicines.Methods:11 animal based traditional Chinese medicines,such as Pheretima,Bungarus multicinctus and so on,were selected to detect the lipid components by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)and mass spectrometry(MS)combined with metabonomics.By detecting the lipid components of the 11 medicines,the differences of chemical components were compared,and the composition and distribution were discussed,so as to analyze the similarities and differences of different animal based traditional Chinese medicine.Results:A total of 1050 kinds of lipid compounds were identified.Different medicines differed significantly in composition and the content of the lipids,and different samples could be classified and identified.Conclusion:Metabonomics analysis offered useful guidance for quality control of animal based traditional Chinese medicines,provided reference for their rational clinical application,and might also be used to assist in their pharmacological activity study.
