淡味药内涵析议及在儿科疾病中的运用

摘　　要：对中药“淡”味的概念、功效内涵进行阐述,归纳和分析淡味药的四气分布、归经分布、升降浮沉特点。并总结淡味中药在儿科疾病的配伍运用,味淡之品与小儿生理特点及病理变化相应,可准确配伍淡味药以流通津液、渗灌气血、甘淡滋脾,在肾病综合征、反复呼吸道感染、泄泻、便秘等儿科常见病治疗中发挥重要作用。以期更深入理解淡味药性理论、灵活组方,为淡味药性理论更好地指导儿科临床实践提供参考。In this paper,the concept and efficacy connotation of the term“mild flavour”in traditional Chinese medicine are expounded,and the nature distribution,channel tropism and action tendency of the mild-flavoured herbs are summarized and analyzed.It is concluded that the compatibility and application of the mild-flavored Chinese herbs in pediatric diseases can be summarized as follows:The mild-flavored herbs fit the physiological characteristics and pathological changes of children.,thus can be used to circulate the body fluid,effuse or infuse qi and blood,and nourish the spleen,playing an important role in the treatment of the common pediatric diseases such as nephrotic syndrome,recurrent respiratory tract infection,diarrhea and constipation.The purpose of the analysis in this paper is to better understand the theory of the mild-flavored herbs’natures,flexibly and reasonably add them into prescriptions,and provide a reference for their nature theory to better guide pediatric clinical practice.
