齐秉慧辨治脾胃病证心法探析

摘　　要：齐秉慧是清代医家,其治疗脾胃病证,从六经、阴阳、先后天图说出发,主张太阴阳明,分治脾胃;明辨阴阳,脾胃证治;脾胃调治,妙用升提;论治脾胃,推崇温补的观点,体现出治疗脾胃病证时有章可循的辨证论治体系及独特的辨治心法。Qi Binghui is a physician in the Qing dynasty.He bases his treatment of spleen and stomach diseases on the six channels theory,yin-yang theory,and nature-nurture theory,advocating the ideas of identifying Taiyin diseases and Yangming diseases to treat spleen diseases and stomach diseases separately;distinguishing yin syndromes and yang syndromes to differentiate and treat spleen diseases and stomach diseases accordingly;regulating the spleen and stomach to invigorate them and replenish qi;favoring the warming method and the tonifying method to differentiate and treat spleen and stomach diseases.These unique ideas reflect that his treatment of spleen and stomach diseases is based on rules and specific syndromes.
