摘　　要：刘铁军教授首次提出“脏毒腑秽学说”以指导临床实践,认为消化系统疾病发生、发展、迁延不愈、预后再发等病因病机是“脏毒腑秽”所致。该学说认为,糟粕聚于体内,腑气不通,影响“六腑中轴”的正常运转,生成腑秽,聚而成浊化毒,变生百病,临床分为“腑气,腑浊,腑毒,脏毒”四个阶段。通过将腑秽排出体外,以“通腑除秽”作为治疗原则,并兼顾其它各系统疾病。这一独特“脏毒腑秽学说”,结合现代医学“肠肝循环”和“肠道菌群”等理论,传承《内经》与《伤寒论》等精华,守正创新,体现了传统中医理论与现代医学的有机结合,对中医学发展具有重要意义。Professor Liu Tiejun first proposes the theory of zang-viscera toxin and fu-viscera filth to guide clinical practice,believing that the etiology and pathogenesis of digestive system diseases,such as their occurrence,development,prolonged course,and prognosis recurrence,are the zang-viscera toxin and fu-viscera filth.According to the theory,waste matters accumulate in the body,and the fu-viscera qi is blocked,which affects the normal operation of the“six-fu central axis”.Then the waste matters form the fu-viscera filth,accumulate into turbidity and toxin,and change into all kinds of diseases.Clinically,it can be divided into four stages:fu-viscera qi,fu-viscera turbidity,fu-viscera toxin and zang-viscera toxin.Dredging the fu-viscera and removing the filth is taken as the treatment principle for expelling the fu-viscera filth from the body,and other systemic diseases are taken into consideration,too.This unique theory,combined with the theories of“intestine-liver circulation”and“intestinal flora”in modern medicine,inheriting the essence of Huangdi Neijing and Shanghan Lun,adhering to the scientific theories and being innovative,embodies the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,and is of great significance to its development.
