玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特、布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘

摘　　要：目的探究玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特、布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘对其白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平及辅助性T细胞1(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(Th2)细胞平衡的影响。方法选择哮喘患儿100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。2组均予常规对症治疗+孟鲁司特咀嚼片口服+吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察组在此基础上予玉屏风颗粒口服。2组均连续治疗12周。观察2组治疗12周后临床疗效;比较2组治疗前、治疗12周后血清炎症因子、外周血Th1、Th2细胞水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗12周后,观察组总有效率(92.00%,46/50)高于对照组(70.00%,35/50)(P<0.05)。治疗12周后与治疗前比较,2组血清IL-6降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);血清IL-10、白细胞介素17(IL-17)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后与治疗前比较,2组外周血Th1细胞、Th1/Th2水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);外周血Th2细胞水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特、布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘可显著改善患儿血清IL-6、IL-10等炎症因子水平及Th1/Th2细胞平衡,提升机体免疫功能,安全性高,疗效明显。Objective To investigate the effects of Yupingfeng Granules combined with montelukast and budesonide on the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and the balance of helper T cell 1(Th1)/helper T cell 2(Th2)in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma were enrolled as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,each with 50 cases.Both groups were given the conventional symptomatic treatment+oral montelukast chewable tablets+nebulized budesonide suspension for inhalation,and the observation group was given Yupingfeng Granules orally on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after 12 weeks of treatment.The levels of the serum inflammatory factors,peripheral blood Th1 and Th2 cells and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(92.00%,46/50)was higher than that of the western medicine group(70.00%,35/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-6 level of the two groups was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of the serum IL-10,interleukin 17(IL-17),and gamma interferon(IFN-γ)were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of Th1 cells and Th1/Th2 in the peripheral blood of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The level of Th2 cells in the peripheral blood was decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng Granules combined with montelukast and budesonide in the treatment of children’s asthma can significantly imp
