新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间一线医务人员多模式防护培训方案的应用与探讨

摘　　要：目的对医务人员进行多模式的新型冠状病毒肺炎防护培训的效果进行分析总结,为一线工作人员提供更好的科学的防护。方法对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间一线医务人员进行多模式的防护流程进行培训,包括普及理论知识和防护用品使用方法的培训、模拟病区培训、临床突发情况经验总结等多模式相结合,并先后进行三次防护技能考核。结果在新型冠状病毒肺炎一线医务人员三次防护技能考核中,每次考核的平均成绩及合格率均较前一次考核有明显的提高,并且第三次考核的合格率达到了100%。结论运用多模式的新型冠状病毒肺炎防护技能培训方式使医务人员更好的理解接受防护要点,使防护技能不断巩固和提升,减少医务人员感染的发生。Objective To analyze and summarize the effect of the multi-mode COVID-19 protection training for the front-line medical staff,so as to provide them a better scientific protection.Methods During the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,the front-line medical staff were trained in the multi-mode protection procedures,including the popularization of the relevant theoretical knowledge,use of the protective equipment,training in the simulated wards,summary of the clinical emergency experience,etc.,and three protection skill tests were carried out successively during and after the training.Results In the three tests,the average score and pass rate were significantly higher than those of the previous,and the pass rate in the third one was as high as 100%.Conclusion The multi-mode COVID-19 protection skill training can make the medical staff better understand and accept the key points of the disease protection,consolidate and improve their protection skills continuously,and reduce the incidence of the virus infection among them.
