摘　　要：子宫腺肌病是育龄期女性常见的激素依赖性疾病,通常以月经过多、经期延长、继发性痛经和不孕为主要临床表现,是对女性的身心健康有严重危害的良性疾病,但具有类似恶性肿瘤的行为学特点。主要与剖宫产、人工流产术等宫腔操作引起子宫内膜损伤有关。临床上,主要的保守治疗方法是药物结合辅助生殖技术,代表药物是促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a);手术治疗也有较大进展,病灶切除的同时完成生育功能重建,对有生育要求的女性具有重要意义。回顾了近5年研究,对子宫腺肌病的保守治疗及长期管理方案进行了综述。Adenomyosis is a common hormone-dependent disease in women of childbearing age,usually with menorrhagia,prolonged menstruation,secondary dysmenorrhea and infertility as its main clinical manifestations.It is a benign disease that does serious harm to women’s physical and mental health,but has the behavioral characteristics similar to those of malignant tumors.It is mainly related to the endometrial injuries caused by uterine cavity operations such as cesarean section and artificial abortion,etc.Clinically,the main conservative treatment method is the combination of drugs and assisted reproductive technology,and its representative drug is gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a).Surgical treatment has also made great progress.It is of great significance for women with the fertility demands to complete the reconstruction of reproductive function and lesion resection at the same time.This paper reviews the recent five years’research on this disease,summarizes its conservative treatment and long-term management plans.
