摘　　要：糖尿病是临床常见疾病,属于临床常见难治性慢病之一。糖尿病控制不佳易导致多个系统及器官病变,从而使人体免疫力下降,易患多种继发疾病。老年人群由于年龄增长,全身多器官衰老,从而更易造成罹患多种疾病。临床研究表明,老年糖尿病患者易发生牙龈肿痛、出血、牙齿松动、牙列缺损、口臭等一系列口腔问题,保持良好的口腔内环境稳态能够使患者养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,对于控制患者血糖水平稳定性有明显效果,最大程度帮助患者改善口腔健康。Diabetes is a common clinical disease and one of the common refractory chronic diseases.Poor control of it can easily lead to diseases in the multiple systems and organs,resulting in decreased immunity and susceptibility to various secondary diseases.The elderly are more likely to suffer from various diseases due to the aging of multiple organs.Clinical studies show that elderly diabetic patients are prone to a series of oral health problems such as gum swelling and aching,bleeding,loose teeth,dentition defect,halitosis,etc.Maintaining a good oral homeostasis can help patients develop good oral hygiene habits,which has a significant effect on controlling the stability of blood glucose level,and can help patients improve oral health to the greatest extent.
