玻璃熔窑蓄热室上段墙用硅砖设计改进

摘　　要：国内部分蓄热室为节省投资把上段墙镁砖部分替换成硅砖,针对这部分墙体在生产中易出现碹碴漏火,侧墙内倾,隔墙穿火,上部格子体烧损严重等问题。本文从墙体结构、外保温、上部格子体耐火材料等方面进行了设计改进。Magnesia bricks for the upper wall are replaced with silica bricks in some domestic regenerators so as to save investment.In view of problems apt to occur for the wall in process of production such as gas leakage in skewback,side walls tilting inward,fire penetrating partition walls,and exceedingly spar wear.In this paper,design improvements have been made in terms of wall structure,external insulation,and refractory materials for upper checkers.
