摘　　要：本文简述平面显示现有量产有源驱动TFT(薄膜晶体管)技术,对不同TFT技术所需要的玻璃基板质量要求进行解析,结合显示技术发展与产线建设对液晶玻璃基板发展方向予以分析阐述。This paper briefly describes the existing mass production active driving TFT(thin film transistor)technology for flat display,analyzes the quality requirements of glass substrate required by different TFT technologies,and analyzes the development direction of liquid crystal glass substrate in combination with the development of display technology and production line construction.
