导向母锥在水文地质钻孔断钻杆事故处理中的应用

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,大口径钻孔在矿山环境恢复治理回填、矿山事故救援、煤炭瓦斯排放、水文地质等方面应用日益广泛。在大口径钻孔断钻杆事故中,由于钻杆与钻孔之间环空间隙大,事故头往往产生贴壁现象,常规公锥、母锥打捞难度较大。文章结合一起水文地质钻探断钻杆事故案例,现场自制了一种锥形导向母锥打捞工具,解决了大口径断钻杆事故中事故头倾斜贴壁导致寻找事故头困难的问题,成功处理了大口径断钻杆事故,挽回了经济损失,对类似大口径钻孔断钻杆事故的处理具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。With the development of economy and society,large diameter drilling has been widely used in mine environment restoration,backfill,accident rescue,coal gas discharge,hydrogeology,etc.In drill pipe breaking accident of large diameter drilling,due to the large annular space gap between drill pipe and drilling hole,the broken end of the drill pipe often adheres to the wall,so it is difficult to salvage the conventional male cone and female cone.Combined with a broken drill pipe accident in hydrogeological drilling,a self-made conical fishing tool for guiding female cone has been developed,which has solved the difficulty of finding the broken drill end in the broken drill pipe accident of large-diameter due to the broken end is inclined and adheres to the wall.Using this self-made conical fishing tool,the broken drill pipe accident of large-diameter is successfully handled,meanwhile the economic loss is also saved.Therefore,it has certain reference and guiding significance for the treatment of similar accidents of large-diameter broken drill pipe.
