生血宝合剂联合多糖铁复合物对产后贫血的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察生血宝合剂联合多糖铁复合物治疗产后贫血的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年6月—2019年10月住院顺产分娩的产后贫血孕妇120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予多糖铁复合物治疗,观察组给予生血宝合剂联合多糖铁复合物治疗。观察比较治疗前和治疗2周后两组血红蛋白含量变化,结合患者症状和体征的改善情况评价疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组的血红蛋白含量均高于治疗前,且观察组升高量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗2周均无明显不良反应。结论:生血宝合剂联合多糖铁复合物可有效改善产后贫血患者的贫血状况,不良反应少。Objective:To observe the efficacy of shengxuebao mistura combined with polysaccharide iron complex in the treatment of postpartum anemia.Methods:Postpartum anemia patients were divided into control group(n=60)and experimental group(n=60)randomly,and given polysaccharide iron complex and shengxuebao mistura combined with polysaccharide iron complex respectively for two weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment,the hemoglobin content of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and exaltation amount of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference of apparent efficiency between two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Conclusion:Shengxuebao mistura combined with polysaccharide iron complex can effectively improve the anemia status of postpartum anemia patients,less adverse reactions.
