推拿联合下颈段抗阻运动治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨推拿手法结合下颈段抗阻训练对颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取颈型颈椎病患者80例,分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均施以推拿手法治疗,观察组在此基础上增加下颈段抗阻训练,治疗2周后,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分,同时比较治疗后的总有效率。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者VAS评分和NDI评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法与下颈段抗阻训练相结合治疗颈型颈椎病,效果更显著,有助于提高远期疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of massage combined with resistance training of lower cervical segment on cervical spondylosis of cervical type.Methods:All 80 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with massage,and the observation group was added with resistance training of lower cervical segment.After 2 weeks of treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS)of pain and Neck disability index(NDI)score of cervical function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the total effective rate after treatment was compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,the VAS score and NDI score of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the above scores in the observation group improved more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage manipulation combined with resistance training of lower cervical segment is more effective in treating cervical spondylosis,which is helpful to improve the long-term curative effect.
