摘　　要：目的:观察脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者置入部分免接触导尿法的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2019年8月脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱排尿功能障碍患者80例,单号病室的40例患者为对照组,双号病室的40例患者为观察组。对照组以无菌导尿技术完成间歇清洁导尿操作,观察组采用置入部分免接触导尿法干预。比较两组干预后的相关指标。结果:两组泌尿系统感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组导尿操作耗时和导尿步骤错误率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用置入部分免接触导尿法对脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者实施间歇清洁导尿护理,具备与无菌导尿术相同的安全性,且可显著提高导尿时效性,降低导尿步骤错误率。Objective:To observe the application effect of partial contact-free catheterization in patients with neurogenic bladder of spinal cord injury.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with neurogenic bladder urinary dysfunction of spinal cord injury admitted to hospital from January to August 2019 were selected as study samples.Forty patients admitted to the single ward were used as the control group,and 40 patients were admitted to the double ward.The cases were set as the experimental group,and the control group completed the intermittent cleansing catheterization operation by the sterile catheterization technique.The experimental group was treated with the partial contact-free catheterization method,and the observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the rate of urinary system infection between the observation group and the control group during the 60 days of observation(P>0.05).The time of urinary catheterization and the error rate of urinary catheterization steps in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent cleansing catheterization for spinal cord injury neurogenic bladder cases with partial contact-free catheterization has the same safety as sterile catheterization,and can significantly improve catheterization time and reduce catheterization error.
