摘　　要：目的:观察自制无菌手套软性Trocar经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者围术期中的针对性护理效果。方法:选取2017年12月—2019年6月治疗的急性阑尾炎患者140例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组70例。两组均采取自制无菌手套软性Trocar经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗。对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上配合针对性护理。比较两组术后恢复效果、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组术后肛门首次排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制无菌手套软性Trocar经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术围术期中配合针对性护理干预措施,可促进患者康复,减少术后并发症发生,提升满意度。Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing cooperation of self-made sterile gloves soft trocar transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:All 140 patients with acute appendicitis in hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=70)and control group(n=70)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with self-made sterile gloves soft Trocar transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy.The control group was given routine nursing care during perioperative period,while the observation group was given targeted nursing.The postoperative recovery effect,incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had shorter anal exhaust time and hospitalization time than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than 12.86%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made sterile gloves soft Trocar transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy with targeted nursing intervention during the perioperative period can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve satisfaction.
