基于癌毒理论浅谈解毒法在大肠癌中的应用

摘　　要：大肠癌的基本病机以正虚为本,湿热癌毒瘀结为标,解毒法贯穿于大肠癌治疗始终。清热解毒、祛湿解毒、攻毒解毒、排毒解毒、扶正解毒为临床常见治法。临证时,将大肠癌分为早期、中期和晚期,予以分期论治。早期以祛湿解毒、清热解毒为主要治疗原则,辅以健脾扶正,术后加用化瘀解毒;中期在化疗期间以扶正解毒、攻毒解毒、排毒解毒为主,辅以祛湿解毒、清热解毒,放化疗结束后随访期间以扶正解毒、清热解毒为主,辅以祛湿解毒、排毒解毒、攻毒解毒;晚期以扶正解毒为主,辅以清热解毒、祛湿解毒、排毒解毒、攻毒解毒。采用解毒法治疗大肠癌,既要攻伐解毒,也需扶正解毒之根本,但不可单纯应用清热解毒、攻毒解毒之品。The basic pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is insufficient healthy qi as primary and intermingled dampness-heat cancer toxicity and blood stasis as secondary.Detoxification method runs through the treatment of colorectal cancer.Common clinical treatments include method of clearing heat for detoxification,method of dispelling dampness for detoxification,method of attacking toxicity for detoxification,method of dispelling toxicity for detoxification,and method of strengthening healthy qi for detoxification.In clinical practice,colorectal cancer is divided into early stage,middle stage and late stage,and should be treated by stages.In the early stage,the main treatment principles are dispelling dampness for detoxification,and clearing heat for detoxification,supplemented by activating the spleen and strengthening healthy qi;After the operation,resolving blood stasis for detoxification can be added.In the middle stage of chemotherapy,the treatment mainly focuses on strengthening healthy qi for detoxification,attacking toxicity for detoxification,and dispelling toxicity for detoxification,supplemented by clearing heat for detoxification,and dispelling dampness for detoxification.After radiotherapy and chemotherapy,during the follow-up period,the treatment mainly focuses on strengthening healthy qi for detoxification,and clearing heat for detoxification,supplemented by dispelling dampness for detoxification,dispelling toxicity for detoxification,and attacking toxicity for detoxification.In the late stage,the treatment mainly focuses on strengthening healthy qi for detoxification,supplemented by clearing heat for detoxification,dispelling dampness for detoxification,dispelling toxicity for detoxification,and attacking toxicity for detoxification.In the treatment of colorectal cancer with detoxification method,we should not only attack toxicity for detoxification,but also strengthen the foundation healthy qi for detoxification rather than only use the drugs for clearing heat for detoxification,and attacking toxicity for
