摘　　要：儿童为“少阳体态”,其“阴阳平衡”具有动态性和不稳定性的特点,感邪或顾护不当,易出现体质偏颇,成为亚健康状态。二十四节气的节气不同,天地阴阳盛衰变化不同,直接或间接影响人体的气血阴阳变化。人体气血阴阳流注以十二经脉为径,穴位是经络气血运行的反应点,穴位的功能状态存在周期性的盛衰、开阖变化。对不同体质类型的亚健康儿童,依据不同节气的天地之气、人体之气特征,人体经络气血流注规律及常用养生保健穴位特性,制定因体质、因时、因地制宜的调理方案,在传统穴位贴敷的基础上,融合点按刺激和开穴闭穴经络穴位贴敷进行调治,实用性较强,儿童依从性较高。目前关于开穴闭穴经络穴位贴敷研究较少,需进一步深入探讨。Children belong to"less yang body constitution",and their"balance between yin and yang"has dynamic and unstable characteristics.They are susceptible to pathogen or improper care,which is prone to physical bias and become sub-health state.The differences of the 24 solar terms,and the changes of ups and downs of yin and yang in heaven and earth affect the changes of qi,blood and yin and yang in human body directly or indirectly.The multiple abscess of qi,blood,yin and yang in human body takes twelve meridians as the path.Acupoints are the reaction points of qi and blood circulation in meridians.The functional state of acupoints has periodic ups and downs,opening and closing changes.For sub-health children with different constitution types,according to the characteristics of heaven qi and earth qi and human qi in different solar terms,the law of qi and blood flow in human meridians and the characteristics of commonly used health care acupoints,the conditioning scheme is formulated according to constitution,time and local conditions.On the basis of traditional acupoint application,point-pricking stimulation combined with the fusion point is adjusted according to and acupoint application of opening and closing ones of meridians,Children′s compliance was high.At present,there are few researches on acupoint application of opening and closing ones of meridians,which need to be further explored.
