摘　　要：心脏神经官能症(cardiac neurosis,CN)的病位在心、肺,与肝、脾、肾密切相关,病机为脏腑亏虚、郁滞内生、玄府怫郁、经气不畅和虚实夹杂等。临证多从脏腑立论,治疗方法包括中药方剂、中成药、针刺疗法及身心疗法等。目前,中医治疗CN的作用机制尚未明确,药物靶向作用也有待进一步研究。今后,应统一临床评价标准、深入研究玄府学说在CN中的运用、进一步加强药理和临床试验,针刺治疗要深入研究腧穴特异性,寻找治疗CN的高效腧穴处方和施术手法。Cardiac neurosis(CN)is located in the heart and lung,and is closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney.Its pathogenesis is deficiency of viscera,endogenous stagnation,sweat pore depression,obstruction of meridian qi and deficiency-excess in complexity,etc.The treatment is mostly based on viscera,and the treatment methods include formulas of Chinese medicinals,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture,and psychosomatic therapy,etc.At present,the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of CN has not been clear,and the drug targeting effect needs to be further studied.In the future,it is necessary to unify the clinical evaluation criteria,further study the application of sweat pore theory in CN,and further strengthen the pharmacological and clinical trials.Acupuncture treatment should further study the specificity of acupoints,and find efficient acupoints formulas and manipulation for CN.
