黄芪配伍益气活血补血药对研究进展

摘　　要：黄芪具有增强免疫、增强造血功能、保护内皮细胞、强心、降血脂、抗菌、保肝强肾、抗肿瘤等药理作用。黄芪-当归、黄芪-丹参、黄芪-三七、黄芪-红花为临床常用益气活血补血类药对,通过对其传统功效、配伍比例、药效成分及药理作用进行总结,对药对配伍协同增效的具体机制进行阐述,可为黄芪药对的科学合理用药提供参考。但是,目前药对研究的重点始终停留在两药间的相应作用机制,因中药药对化学成分种类繁多,未对其配伍机制进行深入研究。今后,需采用高新技术、先进方法对药物配伍机制进行多角度、深层次探讨,并考虑有效物质溶出影响,探索有效物质稳定性、生物利用度以及药物与人体的相互影响。Huangqi(Radix Astragali)has many pharmacological effects,such as enhancing immunity,enhancing hematopoietic function,protecting endothelial cells,strengthening heart,reducing blood lipid,antibacterial,protecting liver and kidney,and anti-tumor.There are many studies on its chemical constituents and pharmacological mechanism.Huangqi(Radix Astragali)-Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Huangqi(Radix Astragali)-Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Huangqi(Radix Astragali)-Sanqi(Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng),and Huangqi(Radix Astragali)-Honghua(Flos Carthami)are commonly-used clinical medicinal pairs for replenishing qi,promoting blood circulation and tonifying blood.Through summarizing their traditional efficacy,compatibility ratio,effective components and pharmacological effects,this paper expounds the specific mechanism of synergistic effect of medicinal pair compatibility,which can provide reference for scientific and rational drug use of Huangqi.At present,the focus of medicinal pair research is mostly on the interaction mechanism between the two medicinals,because there are more studies on chemical components in Chinese medicinals,the compatibility mechanism is less studied.In the future,the mechanism of medicinal compatibility should be discussed from multiple angles and in-depth to clarify the stability,bioavailability and the interaction between medicinals and human body.
