开放住区临街界面贴线率的降噪实效研究

摘  要:国家推出“街区制”住区政策以来,路网的变革导致开放住区交通噪声问题加剧,居民生活质量下降。开放住区临街界面布置公共建筑是改善声环境的有效措施之一,贴线率影响措施成效。利用噪声模拟软件建立典型开放住区模型,获取不同贴线率下,水平活动空间与住宅建筑立面声压级的变化,研究开放住区临街界面贴线率的降噪实效,得出结论:从设计准则和声环境优化的双重角度出发,贴线率大于等于75%的降噪实效最佳。此研究可为开放住区临街界面规划提供定量性指导。Launch“blocks”residential house policy,the transformation of the road network to open residential traffic noise problem,lower quality of life.Open residential street interface layout of public buildings can improve the acoustic environment,“stick line rate”measure results.In this paper,we use noise simulation software to establish the model of typical areas,to obtain the sound pressure level of the facade of residential buildings under different“line sticking rates”,and to study the actual noise reduction effect of“line sticking rate”.The conclusions are as follows:from the dual perspectives of design criteria and acoustic environment optimization,the actual noise reduction effect is the best when the line sticking rate is greater than or equal to 75%.This research can provide quantitative guidance for open residential street interface programming.
