摘 要:采用金相显微镜对支片基材纤维的微观形貌进行分析,利用伺服拉力机测试支片材料的拉伸性能,利用Klippel MPM模块测试支片材料的杨氏模量。从含浸胶波美度、支片基材材质及支片位移等方面分析支片力学性能的影响因素。结果表明:40支Cotton纤维有不规则截面且纤维卷曲缠绕,使棉纤维与树脂结合面积增大,在波美度不变时,热压后表现出较高的杨氏模量及较低的延展率。由于低波美度对应含浸胶的比重更高,随着波美度的降低,支片基材预浸了更多的热固型酚醛树脂,Conex4070和40支Cotton的拉伸强度和杨氏模量增加,断裂伸长率降低。当不同基材的支片位移相同时,40支Cotton的波美度高于NPC4055及Conex4055,这主要是由于Cotton的纤维具有不规则表面及纤维卷曲,在相同支片位移时所需的树脂比重较低;NPC4055基材中含有化纤,其拉伸强度优于Cotton,且由于NPC4055预浸了更多的树脂,表现出更高的杨氏模量。The microstructure of the spider fiber was analyzed by metallographic microscope,the tensile properties of the spider materials were tested by a servo-tension machine,and Young’s modulus of the spider materials was tested by Klippel MPM.The influenced factors of mechanical properties of spider materials were analyzed from the aspects of baume degree,fiber materials,spider displacement,etc.The results showed that 40 yarn count cotton fibers had irregular cross sections and twisted fibers,which increased the bonding area between cotton fibers and resin.After hot pressing showed higher Young’s modulus and lower elongation when the baume degree stayed the same.As the lower baume degree corresponds to the higher specific gravity of the impregnation adhesive,with the decreased of baume degree,more thermosetting phenolic resin was impregnated in the substrate of spider.The tensile strength and Young’s modulus of Conex4070 and 40 Cotton increased,while the elongation at break decreased.When the displacements of different spider materials were the same,the baume degree of 40 Cotton was higher than that of NPC4055 and Conex4055,which was mainly because the fiber of Cotton had irregular surface and fiber curl,so the resin proportion required for the same spider displacements was lower.NPC4055 contained chemical fiber,its tensile strength was better than cotton,and because NPC4055 impregnated more resin,it showed higher Young’s modulus.
