摘 要:为进一步探索化肥与生物菌肥配施在花生上的应用效果,本试验分别以不施肥和常规施化肥(氮磷钾复合肥)为对照,设置20%、40%、60%、80%、100%生物菌肥替代部分化肥处理,研究不同用量生物菌肥替代部分化肥对花生生理特性、荚果产量及其氮素利用效率的影响。结果表明,生物菌肥配合适量常规化肥,可显著提高花生叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、干物质积累及花生产量;20%生物菌肥+80%化肥至40%生物菌肥+60%化肥区间,花生同等产量下可减少化肥的施用量。总之,生物菌肥有促进农作物秸秆腐熟利用和改良土壤、提高产量、增强抗性、提升品质等多种作用,本试验条件下与氮磷钾复合肥的配施量以20%~40%为宜。In order to further explore the effects of combined application of chemical fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer on peanut,20%,40%,60%,80% and 100% biological bacterial fertilizer were used to replace part of chemical fertilizer with no fertilizer and conventional fertilizer(NPK compound fertilizer)as controls,the effects of different amounts of biological bacterial fertilizer instead of part of chemical fertilizer on physiological characteristics,pod yield and nitrogen use efficiency of peanut were studied.The results showed that biological bacterial fertilizer combined with appropriate amount of conventional chemical fertilizer could significantly improve chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,dry matter and yield.In the range of 20%biological bacterial fertilizer+80% chemical fertilizer to 40%biological bacterial fertilizer+60% chemical fertilizer,the application amount of chemical fertilizer could be reduced under the same yield of peanut.In a word,biological bacterial fertilizer could promote the decomposition and utilization of crop straw,improve soil,increase yield,enhance resistance,improve quality and so on.Under this experimental conditions,the optimal application rate of biological bacterial fertilizer combined with NPK compound fertilizer was 20%-40%.
