摘  要:为探明哈茨木霉124D和加纳木霉DB35对小麦白粉病的田间防治效果以及对收获后小麦籽粒品质的影响,本研究在白粉病发病初期对不同浓度的哈茨木霉124D和加纳木霉DB35进行田间试验。结果表明,喷施不同浓度的哈茨木霉124D和加纳木霉DB35均能够有效控制小麦白粉病的发展,具有良好的防治效果;与空白对照相比,收获后的小麦籽粒千粒重、氨基酸、蛋白质和湿面筋含量均提高,同时氨基酸、蛋白质和湿面筋含量随着木霉菌浓度的增加呈上升趋势。本研究为开发高效绿色生物农药和高品质小麦提供了依据。In order to verify the field control effects of Trichoderma harizanum 124D and Trichoderma ghanense DB35 against wheat powdery mildew and the influence on wheat grain quality after harvest,the field experiments were carried out by spraying different concentrations of T.harizanum 124D and T.ghanense DB35 at the early onset of wheat powdery mildew in this study.The results showed that T.harizanum 124D and T.ghanense DB35 had fine control effect on wheat powdery mildew and could control its development effectively.The thousand seed weight and the contents of amino acids,protein and wet gluten of wheat after harvest increased significantly compared with the blank control.Meanwhile the contents of amino acids,protein and wet gluten increased with the dosage increase of Trichoderma sp.This study provided references for developing efficient green biological pesticides and high quality wheat.
