摘 要:植物叶色变异是自然界中较常见的现象。植物主要靠叶片进行光合作用,叶片颜色变化会直接影响植物的光合作用,进而可能导致植物生长发育不良甚至死亡,造成减产。另一方面,不同的叶片颜色变异是园艺植物多样性的来源之一,能显著提高植物的观赏价值和经济价值。因此,研究叶片颜色变异的机理一直是植物发育学研究的重要课题。影响植物叶片颜色的因素有很多,本文主要从叶绿素代谢、类胡萝卜素代谢、花青素代谢和环境因素等方面综述了植物叶片颜色变化的分子机理,并总结了叶色突变体在作物以及观赏植物中的应用,为植物遗传改良提供参考。Variation of plant leaf color is a common phenomenon in the nature.Plants mainly rely on leaves for photosynthesis.Therefore,the color change of leaves will directly affect the photosynthesis of plants,which might lead to poor growth and even death of plants,resulting in yield loss.On the other hand,leaf color variation is an important source to increase the diversity of ornamental plants,could significantly increase the ornamental and economic value.Therefore,the mechanisms underlying the leaf color variation has always been an important issue in plant development study.Many factors affect the color of plant leaves.In this paper,the molecular mechanism of plant leaf color variation was reviewed from the aspects of chlorophyll metabolism,carotenoid metabolism,anthocyanin metabolism and environmental factors,and the application of leaf color mutants in crops and horticultural plants was summarized to provide reference for plant genetic improvement.
