摘 要:全架式履带拖拉机的机架,直接关系着整机的质量,是整机的关键核心件之一。针对机架复杂程度高,关联因素多,设计理论依据不足,基础研究较薄弱的问题,以902履带拖拉机机架为例,根据机架承载功能特点,分解为行走梁、上平面架和前后桥三大模块进行设计,找出设计数据依据,计算选取整机重量、重心、行走梁长度、轨距、前后桥高度等系列重要参数,整机稳定性、通过性符合要求,为满足市场多样化需求,快速参数优化、模块化设计提供参考。并对受力最恶劣的上平面架进行变截面板料成型设计和发动机浮动联接等优化改进,在颠簸条件作用力下,最大应力从290.84 MPa降低至193.44 MPa;最大变形从6.262 mm降低至2.467 mm。样机进行极限试验,机架产生的最大变形量为3.1 mm,小于设定要求值3.5 mm,机架开裂问题得到基本消除。The frame of the full-frame crawler tractor is one of the key parts of the whole tractor,which is directly related to the quality of the whole tractor.In view of the complexity of the frame,considerable related factors,insufficient design theory basis,and lack of research,this paper took the frame of the 902 crawler tractor and divided it into three modules:the walking beam,the upper plane frame,and the front and rear axle based on the load-bearing characteristics of the frame.The weight,center of gravity,length of the walking beam,gauge,the height of the front and rear bridge,and other important parameters were then selected.The stability and trafficability of the machine met the requirements.In order to satisfy the market diversification demand,it was provided reference for the fast parameter optimization and the modular design.The optimization of the variable section sheet forming and floating connection of the engine was carried out for the plane frame with the most force.Under the condition of bump,the maximum stress was reduced from 290.84 MPa to 193.44 MPa.The maximum deformation decreased from 6.262 mm to 2.467 mm.The prototype was subjected to a limit test,and the maximum deformation of the frame was 3.1 mm,which was less than the set required value of 3.5 mm,and the problem of frame cracking was largely eliminated.
